Save the Ithaca Festival!

To achieve these goals, we are turning to the community. If you enjoy this early celebration of summertime, participate in or look forward to the annual Festival Parade, and believe that supporting local artists of all genres and ages is important, then we encourage you to help us sustain our Festival. Whether you can afford $5 or $25 or $100 or some amount even more generous, your donation will ensure the future of the Ithaca Festival and Parade. Our goal is to raise $30,000 by the end of the year.

Announcing the 2018 Ithaca Festival theme

By Josh Dolan, February 6, 2018

We are pleased to announce this year’s Ithaca Festival Theme: Arts, Ag, Adventure! These are three things that make Ithaca a great place to live, work, and play. Of course we all know that the Ithaca Festival celebrates the artist in everyone from our beloved parade to our rockin’ music scene. We all know that Ithaca is a foodie’s paradise. Not only do we claim to have more restaurants per capita than any other city in the country, but the festival also brags of having the greatest food vendors of any community celebration around. This year, we will shine the spotlight on the people behind our thriving food scene: Our Farmers! And Adventure? Ithaca has some of the most sought after natural beauty, outdoor recreation and family fun opportunities you will find in such a small area. Our eclectic and diverse arts and culture, our food and our falls make Ithaca the best place in Upstate for a real adventure.
