CELEBRATING THE ARTIST IN EVERYONE SINCE 1977!

Save the Ithaca Festival!

To achieve these goals, we are turning to the community. If you enjoy this early celebration of summertime, participate in or look forward to the annual Festival Parade, and believe that supporting local artists of all genres and ages is important, then we encourage you to help us sustain our Festival. Whether you can afford $5 or $25 or $100 or some amount even more generous, your donation will ensure the future of the Ithaca Festival and Parade. Our goal is to raise $30,000 by the end of the year.

The Theme

By McKenzie Jones Rounds, December 28, 2016

The beginning of each new year fosters a sense of hopefulness. We all cast our resolutions out into the world, consciously or otherwise, crossing our fingers that what is to come will be better than what has come before.

For us at Ithaca Festival, we turn this dream into our theme. Every festival season, we announce a theme that we hope will connect us to previous festivals while setting this year apart as an exceptionally fun and unique experience. So, with much thought, deliberation, and warm fuzzy feelings, we give you our theme for Ithaca Festival 2017:

40th Anniversary: Celebrating Like It's Our First

We will be revealing some of the reasons that we are so excited to celebrate the 2017 festival like they did in 1977. Our 40th anniversary will be a celebration to remember!

Happy new year to all of you. Be sure to check out our applications if you want to be involved!
