for the 32nd Annual Ithaca Festival 2010
The Ithaca
Festival is the most well attended community festival in the county. Over
10,000 people attend per day. Ithacans look forward all year to the Ithaca
Festival and really come out to show their community spirit. What a great way
to present your business as being deep in the heart of our community.
Merchandise - Your logo will be featured
on the official Festival t-shirt
Media - Your business will be mentioned in all radio and newspaper
advertisements for the Festival as the presenting sponsor. Logo and sponsor
recognition, including hotlinks, will be provided on the Festival website. The website receives over 300,000 hits in
May and 60,000 in June. Average year round hits over 45,000 per month.
Program - As the Festival major sponsor, your company logo will be featured on
the front cover and receive one full page inside the Festival program as well
as being listed on our sponsorship page. 18,000
programs are printed (estimated at 100,000 impressions).
Booth – 10’x10’
booth space in a prominent location for promoting your business on all days.
VIP - Complimentary parking passes to Stewart Park on Sunday as well as seating
at special events.
Banners – Your banner prominently displayed in at least 2 locations each day and
at the parade.

Parade
Sponsor ($2,500)
Imagine
leading the parade! With a parade sponsorship,
your group will lead the Official Ithaca Festival Parade. You may build a float,
drive a car or march with your banner. The Mayor is the Official Grand Marshall
of the parade, 5000 eager parade
watchers will see your group marching
with our most important elected official!

on the Festival website. Mention in all radio and newspaper advertisements for
the Festival as the Parade Sponsor.

The Ithaca
Festival presents two wonderful fairs, the DIA spring craft fair on Cayuga St.
downtown and the Gorges Green Sustainability Fair in Stewart Park. Both Fairs
are now festival mainstays and are a
must see for everyone. The sustainability fair offers the unique opportunity to
reach out to a real target audience, if your business focuses on
sustainability, then this is a great way to gain exposure.

same without the many talented artists who come out every year to show us the
real meaning artful expression. So many spectators come to be entertained by
their favorites, family members and friends. Our many stages provide some of
the best exposure at the Festival.

Fun Sponsor ($800)
Family
fun is an integral part of the Ithaca Festival. Families are a large p of
festival goers, and we get a lot of positive feedback every year from parents
about our family fun area. If your business provides a service to this type of
demographic, then the Family fun area is the perfect place for your logo or
booth.

Paint-Off Sponsor ($500-$800)
Be
the first sponsor to support our 3rd annual Ithaca Festival
Paint-off. Over 30 area artist come together at this gala event to produce an
art piece in just one hour. Our theme and Official Festival artist will also be
announced. The paint off will be hosted be an Ithaca area celebrity and the
who’s who off the art community will all be in attendance.
